Houses built from ready-made prefabricated elements created in the factory are gaining more and more interest and favor of investors, mainly due to the elimination of typical long-term construction on the customer's plot. In return, the customer receives the house as a finished product, quickly assembled from ready-made parts delivered to the construction site directly from the factory. Prefabrication of the house in the production plant in the technological regime ensures very good quality and accuracy of execution, speed of house production, comprehensive execution by one company and a guarantee of price stability from the order to the final effect, which is a house on the customer's plot. At Dream Mobil House, we go a step further from the usual prefabrication of wall or ceiling elements. Our houses are made as a whole or in several modules ready at our factory and delivered as a whole building in one piece or 2-4 modules for construction as a completely finished house. The house is immediately finished from the outside and inside, with a set of installations and devices, as well as a set of furniture if the customer orders a furnished house.
In this way, we take all the effort of organizing construction, determining and agreeing individual works with subsequent contractors from the client's head. All arrangements are made in one company - with us, from the basics, such as the thickness of the wall structure, to details such as baseboards or curtain rods above the windows. We save the customer's time and nerves, providing confidence and professional service.
The houses produced by Dream Mobil House are built under the roof, in warmth, in our production plant, where production lasts all year round (the house can be ordered in winter and will be delivered to the customer's plot in the spring). We have a qualified staff of employees who reliably and professionally perform individual works at every stage of work on the house. Production is carried out under the supervision of our engineers and designers who implement and realize projects in accordance with the arrangements with each client.
At Dream Mobil House, we offer two types of house structures:
- The first are mobile houses - single-module, made on a steel supporting frame, with or without axles - depending on the need. The construction of the houses is wooden frame, and the buildings are finished in a way that refers to the style of mobile houses. The mobile houses we offer can be made in a summer version or as a year-round, perfectly suitable for living in them all year round. The houses are completely finished, equipped with a set of installations. In addition, they can also be fully furnished. The purpose of our mobile houses is primarily second houses for individual customers - holiday, away, and business houses - for rent. Mobile houses can be easily moved, moved to another place or resold, which makes this product a flexible and mobile element of its property.
- The second are modular houses - two or four modules, also made on a spatial steel frame, with modules joined together on the construction site with bolted connections. The whole construction of a modular house is also wooden frame and, like frame houses, it is finished, no different from a frame house, except that it is assembled fully finished with the interior in one day at the construction site, and that it can be easily disassembled and transport to another place if necessary, which also makes it a mobile house, giving the Investor freedom and flexibility. Modular houses can be used as holiday or year-round single-family houses, which can easily serve as the customer's basic first house.
Mobile and modular houses are most often built on concrete point foundations. Depending on the geotechnical conditions found on the customer's plot, for example, a foundation slab may be recommended. Mobile houses can also be placed on axles and supports / trestles, without concrete point foundations - all depending on the specific situation on the plot and the client's intentions.
Production of a mobile and modular house:
In the production of our houses, we use proven materials and products with certified and attested parameters. The construction of the houses is made of Scandinavian dry C24 spruce wood. The steel used to strengthen the structure is hot-dip galvanized and painted with anti-corrosion paints. All elements of cladding, fillings, insulation and finishing that we use in the production of our houses are proven and of very good quality.
The structures of the houses are made of a wooden skeleton. The houses are insulated with mineral wool, insulated with vapor barrier foils and vitrified insulation membranes, ensuring the tightness of the partitions and appropriate insulation parameters.
The production of houses is carried out with dimensional accuracy in an automated process using modern computerized production equipment, such as Randek and Mitek saws, and tables for the production of wall, ceiling and roof panels supported by laser projection. Thanks to this, it is possible to achieve high dimensional accuracy of individual elements and the entire house modules. All production is monitored and supervised by designers and production technologists, ensuring a three-stage production control process.
The most important element of the entire process of ordering and constructing a mobile house or modular house is the design part and arrangements with the client. This stage must be fully completed before proceeding with the production of the house. At this stage, our designers offer help and their experience in answering all customer questions and solving all problems. In our sales office, all material samples and show houses are available to the customer, which will help in imagining what the customer's future house will look like.
Transport and assembly:
Our mobile and modular houses are transported in large sets with low-loader semi-trailers. In the case of transporting modular houses, these are usually ordinary transports. In the case of mobile and single-module houses, these are usually oversized special transports with a remote control. Due to the large size of the transported building or module, oversized transport must be planned in advance
Unfortunately, not every plot and not every location can be reached with oversize. Therefore, planning to order a house at Dream Mobil House must start with the answer to the basic question - about the possibility of transporting the house to the Investor's plot. Our experienced employees will help you with the answer. The finished house is transported in a set with a semi-trailer from the production plant to the construction site and set up on site - in the case of mobile houses with the help of axles using a tractor, and in the case of a modular house with the help of a crane.
