Mobile house
a
Mobile house A - is the "flagship" in our offer - the type of house most often chosen by customers. The house is available in two basic external dimensions: 12 x 4 m, and a smaller one 10.5 x 4 m (of course, it is possible to adjust the size of the house to the customer's requirements). The house is available in many functional variants of the interior. The external appearance, such as: colors, selection of materials, window arrangement, can be adapted to the customer's requirements.
The house has a traditional rectangular shape, covered with a gentle roof with an angle of inclination of 14 degrees. The angle of inclination of the roof can be adapted to the local requirements of the plot (change the angle of inclination to 25 or 30 degrees). The house can be combined with other modules if the investor wants to obtain additional usable space later.
Mobile house A from the outside
The roof is finished with metal roof tiles or, alternatively, with seam sheet. The walls of the building are finished - depending on the variant - with Vifront or Kerrafront or Vinylit panels. You can also order a finish of the facade of the house made of natural wood (as in the visualizations), or a mix of wood with a seam sheet, or order a house entirely finished with sheet metal. The colors of the house finished with facade panels can be freely changed, from the proposed wooden and graphite combination, to a house with a white, light gray or black facade.
Depending on the functional version of the interior of the house, the arrangement of windows and balcony doors may be different (e.g. in the basic version, the balcony door and terrace are designed on two sides, and in variants 7,8,9 we offer wide balcony doors and a terrace in the gable, and in versions 10, 11.12 with a living room in the middle of the ground floor, a wide balcony window is also placed in the middle of the house). The house can be made on a mobile floor frame - with wheels, or on a fixed floor frame - without wheels and lower. In both cases, the suggested foundation of the structure is point foundations. In each case, the house is one compact whole and can be transported and moved without any problems.
Interior of a mobile house A
The interior of the Model A mobile house consists of a large high living room with sloping ceilings, a bathroom and, depending on the version, two or three bedrooms. The functional program provides free living in a house for a family of four, regardless of whether we use it as a mobile summer house or as a year-round house. Large glazing of windows and balcony doors additionally enlarge the space of the interior.
The interior of the house in each furnishing option is completely finished, with walls, ceilings and floors. The walls of the rooms are finished with PVC or Strama boards, or alternatively with furniture board, Kerradeco or Fibo panels. For people who like rustic interiors, we offer wall finishing with natural wood. On request, we can use plasterboard or Fermacell wall finishes. The ceilings of the house are finished with Strama tiles. We can also offer a beautiful ceiling in natural wood, or a ceiling made of plasterboards or Fermacell. The floors of the house are finished with a very abrasion-resistant PVC floor covering from the Lentex company. We can also make a floor of vinyl panels, or alternatively a floor of laminated wood floor panels. In the Premium version, the house is fully furnished, made especially for this project. The furniture is designed and made of wood-like laminated boards or painted in a selected color. All household appliances, sanitary utensils, and upholstered furniture are a possible part of the house's equipment - depending on the selected specification.
