Modular house
MG1
Modular house MG1 - is a proposal for a one-story house with traditional architecture, consisting of two modules (each being a half of a house), put together on the Investor's plot into one building. The house is available in several external dimensions - from the basic version of 6.5 x 5 m, to the largest version of 10 x 6.6 m.
The MG1 model has many functional versions of the interior. The external appearance of the house - its colors and materials used - can be fully adapted to the customer's requirements. MG1 is designed on a rectangular plan, with a gentle gable roof with an angle of inclination of 12-16 degrees, which can be changed / raised. The house can be freely expanded by adding more modules to the existing body at a later time. Because it is a modular house, in which each half of the house is a compact whole - it can be easily moved to another place if necessary.

The MG1 modular house is made on a steel frame, combined with the module. The house has its own floor structure. The modules are placed on point, concrete foundations - simple and easy to make. The modules of the house are one compact whole and can be transported and rearranged without any problems.
