Modular house MG 2
Modular house
MG2
The MG2 modular house is our proposal for a small modular house with modern architecture, consisting of two modules, combined into one building, where each fully finished module is delivered to the Investor's plot, and the assembly of the building into one whole takes one day. The MG 2 house is available in 14 variants, of various sizes and external dimensions, from the basic version with an area of just over 30 m2 and dimensions of 6.6 x 5.1 m, up to the largest variant with a total area of 63.5 m2 and external dimensions 10.4 x 6.7 m.
Each subsequent version of the house is larger and more comfortable than the basic model. We offer the house in a year-round and holiday variant. The all-season variant is energy-saving, fully insulated and equipped with installations that allow normal comfortable living in it throughout the year. The external appearance of the house - its colors and materials used - can be completely changed and adapted to the taste and requirements of the customer. We designed the MG2 house as a compact rectangular block, with a slightly protruding roof above the glazed wall, opening the interior of the house to the terrace. The style of the modular house model MG 2 is minimalistic, referring to nature, maximally matching it with the surroundings and nature. The house was covered with a gentle gable roof with an angle of inclination of 12 degrees (the roof can, of course, be raised - higher). The building made of two modules can of course be freely expanded by adding more modules to it at a later time. Each half of the house is one compact whole, thanks to which the house can be easily moved - transported to another place, if necessary.
MG 2 modular house from the outside
The external walls of the MG 2 modular house are finished with a facade made of natural wood. As an alternative, you can replace the facade finish with a mix of wood and seam sheet, or finish the walls with Vox panels (Vifront or Kerrafront) or Vinylit. The roof of the house is finished with a seam sheet. The color of the building can be freely changed according to the taste and choice of the customer.
Above, we present examples of two colors of a house with walls made of natural wood and bleached wood. Colors can also be, for example: mixed two-color wood and graphite, or dark - black. Depending on the selected version of the house, the size and arrangement of the windows can be changed, leaving the central large window from the living room to the terrace. The MG 2 modular house is made on a steel floor frame that is part of the module structure. The house modules are placed on concrete point foundations. Each of the two modules forms a compact unit and can be easily transported and repositioned.
Interior of a modular MG 2 house
The interior of the basic version of the MG 2 modular house consists of the following rooms: a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The functional program of the building ensures free use by two to four people, using the house as a year-round or summer house - according to the Investor's needs. The MG 2 model, apart from the basic version, has an additional 13 variants with increased external dimensions and usable space, and a changed functional layout. The largest variant versions of the house have three bedrooms + a living room, and an additional separate entrance vestibule.
The interior of the house in each option is completely finished - with wall, floor and ceiling linings. Additionally, you can order a fully furnished house, with sanitary facilities and household appliances. The walls of the rooms are finished with wooden cladding made of painted boards. Alternatively, we can line the walls with Strama panel cladding. On request, we can also make plasterboard or Fermacell cladding. The ceilings of the house are made of natural wood with painted boards, or alternatively of panels made of Strama boards. The walls in the bathroom can be finished - at the customer's choice - with PVC panels, Kerradeco or Fibo - in combination with fragments of wood. The floors of the MG 2 modular house are finished with Lentex high-abrasion PVC vinyl flooring, or alternatively with vinyl panels or layered boards. In the Premium version, the house is offered as fully furnished, with furniture made of laminated boards, wood-like or one-colored boards. Household appliances, sanitary utensils and upholstered furniture are elements that can be ordered in the house specification - depending on the selected equipment option.

Plans of the MG 2 modular house

The interior of the MG2 modular house in the basic version includes: a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The small usable area of the base variant means that the rooms are not large, but they have been designed as functionally and ergonomically as possible. We enter the house through a wide door in the side wall of the house, through a separate corridor to the living area. At the entrance there are clothes hangers and a shoe cabinet. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a TV wall with a cupboard.
A separate kitchenette with the buildings in the "L" shape was built with lower and upper kitchen cabinets, with a fridge, a hob, a cooker and a sink. A large glass wall of the living room opens the interior of the house to the terrace and the garden surrounding the house. Glazing brings a lot of light into the interior and optically enlarges the living room. One of the possible variants of the MG 2 modular house is the execution of a closed terrace, which protects the glass wall against burglary - a particularly recommended solution for houses with a summer and holiday function (solution visible in the gallery of views of the house from the outside - above). The master bedroom has a full-size double bed, a wardrobe and hanging cabinets. The children's bedroom is furnished with a bunk double bed (full-size), a wardrobe and a desk. The bathroom has a place for: a corner shower cabin, a toilet bowl, a washbasin cabinet with a mirror and a ladder radiator. The house is intended for 4 people, but it can easily be a house for 2 people. The remaining 13 variant versions of the MG 2 modular house have larger external dimensions and usable areas - from the basic 30 m2, up to 63.5 m2 of total
