Mobile house

F1

Model F1 - this is one of the largest mobile homes in our offer, which can be used as a holiday home, or a second year-round home, or even as a fully-fledged single-family home for everyday living. The bungalow has modern architecture in the style of a barn house, with a raised roof with a 35-degree pitch, a mezzanine above the ground floor and a living room with a high ceiling. A model with an attractive glazing of the gable-garden wall, opening the living room to the terrace and the garden surrounding the house. A house with an interestingly designed interior with attractive design details - an interior combining wood elements with white and graphite accessories. The house is offered in three variants and external dimensions of the house: a basic variant 13 x 4.2 m, an enlarged variant 13.5 x 4.2 m and a shorter variant 11 x 4.2 m. (...)

The Mobile house Model F1 comes in 3 functional interior variants, with different room layouts and furnishings. The exterior of the house can be adapted to the client's requirements and tastes. We can use any colour scheme, many types of wall and roof finishing materials, or a different window arrangement. The house is covered by a gable roof with a pitch angle of 35 degrees. The roof angle allows this particular model of house to be erected in areas where urban conditions dictate higher roofs and there is no permission for houses with lower roofs - as is the case with most Mobile houses.

The roof of the Model F1 Mobile house is finished with standing seam steel. This is the most suitable type of roofing for the style of the barn house. We can, of course, offer other roofing materials - for example, Prefa aluminium sheet with rhombus or slate shapes, or flat panel tile. The walls of the Model F1 house can be finished - depending on the customer's choice - with Vifront panels as a base, or Kerrafront or Vinylit panels. The façade can also be finished with wood natural (façade board, or rhombus board - as in the photos of the model house and in the visualisations), or the house can be finished as a mix of wood with pvc panels, or wood with sheet seam. We can also finish the whole façade including roof with seamed or paneled sheet. (...)

The colour scheme of the house finished with elevation panels can be varied at will, from the proposed base monochromatic layout of the walls and roof in shades of graphite, black and anthracite, through the light combination of panels in combination with graphite trim, or the wood and graphite colour scheme, to the grey elevation. The appearance of the exterior facades - the arrangement of windows, balcony doors and entrance doors - can also be varied according to the choice of interior variant version. The base version and variants 2 and 3 offer a large glazing of the entire gable wall with sliding doors. The Mobile house model F1 can be made on a running floor frame - with wheels, or on a lower floor frame fixed - without wheels. In both cases, we suggest that the house is founded on point foundations. In both frame versions, the house forms a compact unit and can be transported and relocated without great difficulty.

The interior of the Model F1 house consists of a large living area - a living room, a kitchen in a ‘U’ layout and a wide corridor connecting the rooms, as well as bedrooms with a bathroom. A mezzanine was designed above the bedroom-bathroom area, accessible by ladder stairs from the corridor. The mezzanine overlooks the high space of the living room and merges with it into one large volume. The functional programme of the house provides comfortable living for a family of four, regardless of the purpose of the cottage - for summer purposes or as a year-round dwelling. Really high open ceilings to the roof ridge, and large glazings opening up the interior to the surrounding garden, add to the spaciousness and create an amazing atmosphere. (...)

In the Premium equipment version, the cottage is completely furnished - we make the furniture ourselves, especially for this project, in our carpentry workshop.
