Mobile house
F3
Mobile house F3 - is currently the largest and most spacious mobile house in our offer in terms of interior space, successfully serving as a holiday home, a second year-round home or even a fully-fledged family home for everyday living. The house is assembled from two modules - from two smaller mobile homes into one unit on the customer's land, which makes it possible to access and position the house in less accessible difficult terrain. The house is of modern architecture, in the style of a barn house, with a high roof of 35 degrees, a mezzanine over part of the ground floor plan and a living room with a high ceiling. The house has an attractive glazed gable-garden wall, opening up the living room to the terrace and the garden surrounding the house. The house has an interestingly designed interior, connected from two modules in such a way that when the cottage is joined together, the connection points are invisible. The interior architecture combines elements of wood with white walls and graphite accessories. The house is offered in three variants and external dimensions of the house: basic variant 1 with dimensions 13.10 x 4.2 m, variant 2 with dimensions 13.5 x 4.2 m and extended variant 3 with dimensions 14.1x 4.2 m. The variant versions have an interior with two or three bedrooms and an additional antresolve (...)
The Mobile house Model F3 comes in 3 functional interior variants, with different room layouts and furnishings. The exterior of the house can be adapted to the requirements and tastes of the client. We can use any colour scheme, many types of wall and roof finishing materials, or a different window arrangement. The house is covered by a gable roof with a pitch angle of 35 degrees. The roof angle allows this particular model to be placed in areas where urban conditions dictate higher roofs and there is no permission for houses with lower roofs - as is the case with most mobile houses.
Mobile house F3 from the outside
The roof of the Model F3 Mobile house is finished with standing seam sheeting . This is the most suitable type of roofing for the style of the barn house. We can, of course, offer other roofing materials - for example, Prefa aluminium sheet with rhombus or slate shapes, or flat panel tile. The Walls of the Model F3 house can be finished - depending on the customer's choice - with Vifront panels as a base, or with Kerrafront or Vinylit panels. The façade can also be finished with wood natural (façade board, or rhombus board ), the house can be finished as a mix of wood with pvc panels, or wood with seam metal. We can also finish the whole façade including roof with seamed or paneled sheet. (...)
The colour scheme of the house finished with facade panels can be varied at will, from the base proposed layout of walls and roof in wood and anthracite tones to a monochromatic graphite-black colour scheme. The appearance of the external facades - the arrangement of windows, balcony doors and entrance doors - can also be changed according to the choice of interior variant version. In the base version and variants 2 and 3, we propose a large glazing of the entire gable wall with sliding doors. The Mobile house model F3 can be made on a running floor frame - with wheels, or on a lower floor frame fixed - without wheels. In both cases, we suggest that the house is founded on point foundations. In both frame versions, the mobile home forms a compact unit and can be transported and relocated without great difficulty.
Interior of Mobile house F3
Wnętrze domu Model F3 The interior of the Model F2 Mobile house consists of a large living area - a living room, a kitchen in a ‘U’ layout and a wide corridor connecting the rooms, as well as bedrooms with a bathroom. A mezzanine was designed above the bedroom-bathroom area, accessible by ladder stairs from the corridor. The mezzanine overlooks the high space of the living room and merges with it into one large volume. The functional programme of the house, with three bedrooms, provides comfortable living for a family of four to five people, regardless of the purpose of the cottage - as a holiday home or as a year-round dwelling. The high ceilings, which open up to the roof ridge, and the large glazings, which open up the interior to the surrounding garden, add to the spaciousness and create an amazing atmosphere. (...)
