Our specialty is the creation of mobile houses and modular houses that meet the requirements of each client. We focus on flexibility in the approach to the customer and the solidity of the houses. We run our company with heart and commitment, ensuring that our customers receive the best product.
Dream Mobil House is a manufacturer of mobile and modular houses; belongs to a group of companies dealing with construction for over 20 years. DMH was created by combining the experience and capabilities of each of these companies. We have a modern production plant and a team of professionals - from the design office, through production, to assembly, transport and maintenance services.

Mobile houses
Dream Mobil House
We offer you mobile houses in many stylistic models and sizes - in summer and year-round variants - with installations and insulation that allow you to live in them freely throughout the whole year.
Each model of mobile houses has a steel and wooden structure, ensuring high durability and strength. The weight of mobile houses, depending on the size of the frame, is from about 6 tons to 10 tons. Mobile houses have their own axles and wheels that allow them to be transported within the Investor's plot, allowing you to conveniently set the house in a designated place. At the customer's request, we can make a longer, larger or two-module mobile house, or a mobile house without a frame (without wheels) - placed on the plot with the help of a crane.

Mobile house F3 - is combined from two modules - two smaller mobile homes into one unit on the client's plot. A house with a mezzanine above part of the ground floor plan and a living room with a high ceiling.

Very good sound insulation of the interior - sound insulation in the walls between the rooms made of mineral wool, giving greater comfort and freedom of use of the house.
Ventilated walls, roof and floor of the house - ensuring a healthy and dry wooden structure of the house, high durability of the structure, no corrosion, natural ventilation and breathing of partitions.
Durable and permanent facades - giving high persistence of the building, resistance to weather conditions, no problems with moisture in the walls, easy to keep the house clean from the outside.
Bright interiors of houses with increased height, with a lot of windows - giving the impression of spaciousness and larger interior volume.
Own production of furniture - thanks to which the set of furniture at house is perfectly adapted to the interior, constitutes a coherent aesthetic whole, and the furniture itself is made of solid materials
Variants of equipment of mobile houses
Our houses are available in three finishing standards:
Basic - a basic variant of a finished house, with a set of installations, but without furniture.
Comfort - a finished variant with a bathroom and kitchen, with kitchen furniture, bathroom furniture, sanitary utensils, household appliances, but without furniture in the rooms.
Premium - fully finished and equipped with a set of furniture and appliances throughout the house in all rooms.
In addition, you have the option of extensive personalization from the elements of additional house furnishings.

Thanks to the long list of accessories for our mobile houses, you can invent and design your house by choosing colors, materials and solutions according to your needs and taste. The process of configuring and personalizing the house is a very simple and pleasant experience, and its effect is a house made to measure in accordance with the wishes and vision of the client. At every step, our designers and traders provide advice, assistance and professional advice.

Steel and wooden structure of the house; welded steel floor frame, hot-dip galvanized, floor, walls and roof structure made of dried Swedish C24 wood
Floor made of double MFP board 22+15 mm with overlap and tongue-and-groove
Axle(s) and wheels for transport
Anti-moisture insulation, vapor barrier and windproof insulation in the floor, walls and roof
The bottom of the house is secured with a 6mm steel mesh + a membrane that allows the floor to breathe
Thermal insulation: summer variant – 15 cm of mineral wool in the floor and roof, 10 cm of mineral wool in the walls; all-year variant – 20 cm of mineral wool in the floor, 20/25 cm in the roof, 20 cm of mineral wool in the walls

We offer you modular houses in many stylistic models and dimensions - in variants of year-round single-family houses or summer houses.
Our houses are made of a durable and stable steel and wooden structure, fully prepared in the production hall, and then completely finished, transported and placed on the Investor's plot. The modular houses we offer consist of two or four ready-made modules, and their assembly on the construction site takes one day. Durability, solidity and parameters of our modular houses match and often exceed buildings made using the traditional method.
