Our specialty is the creation of mobile houses and modular houses that meet the requirements of each client. We focus on flexibility in the approach to the customer and the solidity of the houses. Dream Mobil House is a manufacturer of mobile and modular houses; belongs to a group of companies dealing with construction for over 20 years. DMH was created by combining the experience and capabilities of each of these companies. We have a modern production plant and a team of professionals - from the design office, through production, to assembly, transport and maintenance services.

Dream Mobil House
We offer you mobile houses in many stylistic models and sizes - in summer and year-round variants - with installations and insulation that allow you to live in them freely throughout the whole year.
Each model of mobile houses has a steel and wooden structure, ensuring high durability and strength. The weight of mobile houses, depending on the size of the frame, is from about 6 tons to 10 tons. Mobile houses have their own axles and wheels that allow them to be transported within the Investor's plot, allowing you to conveniently set the house in a designated place. At the customer's request, we can make a longer, larger or two-module mobile house, or a mobile house without a frame (without wheels) - placed on the plot with the help of a crane.

Mobile house E - a large house with dimensions of 10.5×4 m or 12×4 m, with modern architecture with a completely glass gable wall of the living room, with a minimalist shape and designer interior. Many variants of the interior and facade finish are available.
Advantages of our mobile houses:
Solid construction of the house - long durability of the house, the highest quality of elements and finishing materials used.
Galvanized steel house frame - with high corrosion resistance, high load capacity and rigidity.
House structure made of Scandinavian C24 wood - longer durability of the house structure, greater stability, and thanks to dry wood, no risk of corrosion or biological degradation.
House mobility - that is, the ability to change the location of the house and move it to any place, any number of times during the life of the house.
No permanent connection to the ground - giving the opportunity to take a favorable approach to financing the house (e.g. operational leasing) , and allowing to be placed the house as a temporary one.
The possibility of extensive personalization of each house - according to the customer's wishes, the possibility of selection any of materials, colors and accessories, as well as additional equipment, devices and installations.
Very good thermal insulation of partitions - walls, roof and floor insulated with mineral wool on a wooden structure, without thermal bridges from steel, enabling the use of houses as year round.
Very good sound insulation of the interior - sound insulation in the walls between the rooms made of mineral wool, giving greater comfort and freedom of use of the house.
Ventilated walls, roof and floor of the house - ensuring a healthy and dry wooden structure of the house, high durability of the structure, no corrosion, natural ventilation and breathing of partitions.
Durable and permanent facades - giving high persistence of the building, resistance to weather conditions, no problems with moisture in the walls, easy to keep the house clean from the outside.
Bright interiors of houses with increased height, with a lot of windows - giving the impression of spaciousness and larger interior volume.
Own production of furniture - thanks to which the set of furniture at house is perfectly adapted to the interior, constitutes a coherent aesthetic whole, and the furniture itself is made of solid materials and guarantees high durability during use.
Variants of equipment of mobile houses
Our houses are available in three finishing standards:
Basic - a basic variant of a finished house, with a set of installations, but without furniture.
Comfort - a finished variant with a bathroom and kitchen, with kitchen furniture, bathroom furniture, sanitary utensils, household appliances, but without furniture in the rooms.
Premium - fully finished and equipped with a set of furniture and appliances throughout the house in all rooms.
In addition, you have the option of extensive personalization from the elements of additional house furnishings.

Thanks to the long list of accessories for our mobile houses, you can invent and design your house by choosing colors, materials and solutions according to your needs and taste. The process of configuring and personalizing the house is a very simple and pleasant experience, and its effect is a house made to measure in accordance with the wishes and vision of the client. Domy modułowe wykonane są w wytrzymałej konstrukcji stalowo – drewnianej, w całości przygotowywane w hali produkcyjnej, a następnie kompletnie wykończone transportowane i ustawiane na działce Inwestora. Domy składają się z dwóch lub czterech modułów, a ich montaż na placu budowy trwa jeden dzień. Trwałość, solidność i parametry naszych domów modułowych dorównują, a często przewyższają budynki tradycyjne.
